Hierarchy & access
Every user sees data according to their appointment. A higher level can always see everything below it.
System Manager (full admin)Full administrator: settings, logo, upgrades, all data.
National Manager (National Commissioner)National Commissioner: sees all states, appoints Secretariat and State managers.
Secretariat ManagerSecretariat: sees the whole hierarchy below, manages badge schemes, news and documents.
State Manager (ASC)ASC: all districts and troops in the state (including Kelanasiswa & KLM-IPG).
District Manager (ADC)ADC: all troops in the district / zone / campus.
Troop LeaderTroop Leader: members and leaders of their own troop, badges and cards.
Member (own record)Member: sees only their own record, badges and work hours.
Personal data protection (PDPA)
- A member's record is only seen by the member and the leaders in their hierarchy.
- IC numbers are hidden by default; member photos are never shown to the public.
- The map and state pages show figures only. The member card QR shows a partly hidden name.
- Every change is recorded in the activity log.
